Bert's Bio
Bert Lynch is an actor singer songwriter and a Las Vegas entertainer who has been performing on the strip for the last 24 years. He is also the former lead vocalist of the 'United States Air Force band' His time in uniform inspired Bert to write “Raise Up Old Glory” An anthem about the American flag! Bert and his song got national airplay after 9/11/2001 and from then till now Bert has been inspiring patriotic audiences all over the world!
In March 2020 Bert was set to launch his new patriotic show 'Stars and Stripes' on the Las Vegas strip but the COVID-19 pandemic shut down Vegas ending any hope that the new show would open. Then more bad news, in April 2020 Bert discovered a lump on his throat and he was diagnosed with stage four throat and neck cancer. Surgery was scheduled for September 2020 and Bert was told that he may never sing again. Bert credits prayer and the support of thousands of his social media friends that also stepped up with prayer and donations that allowed Bert to dedicate all of his time to rehab for the amazing miracle that happened next!
Bert’s voice started to return, and his body began to heal. In less than 10 months Bert made it back to the stage to sing 'Raise Up Old Glory' on July 4, 2020.
Since then, Bert has been performing around the country for patriotic freedom conferences like this one. Thanks to God's great healing hand and patriots across America. Bert is back and better than ever!
